Complaint Details
I have booked a hotel in Dubai for my friend in Dubai from 25 March 2020 to 30 March 2020 through MakeMyTrip. Due to spread of corona virus we could not go there because of travel restrictions by government and we requested the hotel and MakeMyTrip to cancel this booking and make the refund and this booking got cancelled and on 6 April 2020 we got an email from MakeMyTrip that this trip has been cancelled and we will get back the refund in 4-5 working days. But till now we haven't received any refund despite of several requests through the chat option in their application. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful and help me in getting back the refund.
