Good Day.With reference to my booking Id: NU710931008296130
I had raised the issue regarding the aforesaid booking Id within 10 days of my travel. As a matter of fact, I had raised the issue within 2 days of my travel. Yet, your Company is not taking the responsibility of issuing a mere refund of Rs1000 for the poor services provided by the bus transporter: Northern Travels. I have sufficient evidence highlighting that I was not able to board the bus as the bus was already filled with passengers due to dirty tricks of the transporter. Even then your Company is not taking any action against the transporter and most primarily, not issuing a deserving refund to me. I have been your loyal patron for more than 3 years, yet, the alienating treatment has left me heartbroken
I request for prompt redressal of my grievance otherwise, I am willing to escalate the matter to higher authorities
