I sent this complaint to EaseMyTrip.
Hi,
This is to raise a concern regarding my ticket booking [PNR:DE8NQY]. I had originally booked the ticket for 24th March, 2020 and I paid INR 5675 (please see the trailing mail). However, once the lockdown was announced, I rescheduled it (paid additional rescheduling fee) for 25th April, 2020. Given the current situation, the flight could not be operational.
The website says I should cancel the booking from my end, to which I saw that the ticket amount for this PNR shows in amy EMT account as INR 2209, whereas I had paid INR 5675 for it.
Why is there this difference?

To this, I received a reply from the company quoted below:

No airline is offering full-refund for flight cancelled due to country lockdown. Instead most airlines are offering full-amount credit-shell (that can be used for future travel). However, if airlines has confirmed full-refund in writing, then you surely receive it. Our top priority is cancelling/rescheduling flights right now. We are yet to reconcile our accounts with airlines. Please give us 10-15 days to reconcile and process
