I have ordered from https://www.flaberry.com/ order #1200224794 | sunday, february 9, 2020 3:40 pm. Payment has been deducted but product not delivered and now when im asking for refund they dont respond, but just send automated emails for complaint receipt. Status shows that amount refunded to flaberry case but i want the money back to my bank account from where i paid and not in their website account. i have been sending emai lalmost everyday but they dont respond.i have lodged many complaints including https://www.consumercomplaints.in/ but there is no resolution.i have emailed recently to flaberry about cash crunch due to covid 19 still they didnt refund
