I am a self employed person and have started new travel agency business in partnership operational effective Aug'19. As you are aware that the covid 19 pandemic has had its worst effect on travel industry we have been badly affected. I have regularly paid all my emi to bajaj housing finance ltd. prior to the covid 19 pandemic. I had applied for emi moratorium as per the RBI and Bajaj Finance moratorium policy in March itself but till date it has not been approved neither i am getting any revert from Bajaj Housing finance team on my mails or emi moratorium request posted on their online portal. Rather first they told me to pay the Apr EMI then they will grant me the May and June emi moratorium/holiday as i have paid the april emi as requested by them even though i didn't had funds to pay the same. Request your intervention and justice to a human being who is not a willful defaulter but has been badly affected due to covid 19 pandemic which has hit the globe. I am attaching the conversation in whatsapp which i had with the bajaj collection team & the email send to their customer support team with cc to their seniors. Hoping for an early action on the same.
