Complaint Details
The order was placed on 5th Apr'2020 after watching a facebook advertisement for a pair of shoe on website and payment was made. However, the order has not been shipped yet and nobody is replying even after rigorous follow up with them. I also complained about the same to cashfree through which the payment was remitted, but they are also not assisting and are not taking any action against the merchant for getting my money back. So, I humbly request you to please interfere and help me in getting my money back.
