Hello Sir,
I had booked round trip flight tickets to Mumbai on February for April 25 2020 and return on April 27 2020. Due to COVID19 the flight operations had been cancelled by Government of India and we did not fly. Now, I had cancelled the ticket with SPiceJet and the refund had gone to my booking Agent MakeMYTrip. SpiceJet says they have refunded the money to MakeMyTrip but MakeMyTrip has not refunded the money. Please arrange to get my refund of fare as it is not possible to travel to Mumbai now or even after 6 months. Please view the mail from SpiceJet and my booking details and provide me solution.
