Complaint Details
I had ordered online from reliance mart as per the attached file. I got different products as per the attached invoice. I called their call centre for exchange and refund they said to mail. Initially their mail was bounce back. I must have called atleast 50 times but no response. Then I went to their store ,they did not help. They have caused alot of mental stress and fleeced me of my money. If they don't have products in stock they should update on website.The delivery boy refused to give any details and left before we could even check the products delivered
Reliance mart is running a scam business
