This is Murugan i bought the lenovo k8 note 3gb RAM at amazon purchased date is 09.10.2018, but i recived the box were printed as manufactured date is 2017-08-17, on the same week i have been raised the ticket about i wont be accept this mobile due to outdated mobile like it may give problem asap.

Same way my mobile get hanged with auto restart on first week of march 2020, i informed multiple over the email about the outdated mobile sold to me, and requested to get replace new one. but that time your team guys said it will not give any problem.

Due to pandemic situation over the world i unable to reach your service center , and today 18th May i have visited they are said its mother board issue, we cant do any service.

Now i referring with outdated mobile sold thats why the issues happend with in 15 months. I want to get repair this mobile without money or else arrange to get refund that mobile cost. this is regular fraudlant happend from lenovo. like too old product selling to customer even customer ask to replacement they are not ready to take from customer..
