Complaint Details
I have booked international flight via make my trip and my flight is cancelled by Thai Airline due to COVID issue. Airline is saying you will get full refund but apply via booking agent make my trip. I have already apply for refund but since more than 45 days passed my refund is not processed. I am attaching two travel Itineraries where I am still waiting for refund.
