I ordered Huda Beauty Rose Gold Palette - Remastered on April 02, 2020 from fixchase.com by paying INR 1350. The company's website is down and the person from the customer support team tried to loot me by connecting my UPI with OTP authentication when I asked for a refund by misguiding me. They further threatened me saying I do not have to share this incident with anyone when I caught them red-handed. I am looking for a refund as the company failed to deliver the product and denying in delivering so.
