User ID : 1125772500 this is my user id at Tikona and I have paid them more than 4000 rs for 6 month internet service in the month of mar 2020 however they are giving service sometime no service since two months which is impacting my job during this covid crisis. I have sent them around 100 emails but no resolution given to me, I am asking for refund for my money and disconnection but not getting any response, please assist to take against this fraud company
