Hi, I had mistakenly added NetFlix subscription on 26th Dec 2019 via ACT app but I did not open/use NetFlix any time using rupok.dutta@gmail.com account but on 1st Jan 2020, ACT corp team had generated a bill amount of 799/-. I contacted immediately ACT team as well as Netflix. NetFlix team referred back to ACT team and i was told i will not be charged and subscription was discontinued.
I have 6 monthly subscriptions. Now i need to renewal the subscription but ACT team is forcing me to pay 799/-. Because of lockdwon due to COVID 19 virus break the chain, i am not able to change the service provider and ACT is taking of this as their advantage and harrassing me to pay the full amount what they want. I had to pay the full amount as I am working from home and worried about discontinuation of services. Kindly look into the matter. Please see the attached mail communication with ACT team. They are not replying my mails also.
