Complaint Details
I have purchased mobile on 23 Jan, using Home Credit, and avail the ecs facility. On 23th Feb (1st EMI) the amount has not been debited from my account and I have to pay it using home credit app on the next day. And on the next month 23rd March (2 EMI) I paid my EMI using app, but the ecs charges has been deducted from my account on 24th march of amount 295/-. Why this amount has been deducted as I have pay my EMI on time.
