My father has filled a complaint with Lloyd customer care on 18th of March'20 for our AC not working which was picked up the very next day. But the same has not been resolved even now as on 28th of May'20. The vendor is making vague and unbelievable excuses everytime we contact him. I have wrote mails both to Lloyd and Havells which is the parent company, but haven't received a single reply in almost a week. Can't see any other solution. Pls help.
