I had booked 4 seats in flight of Air India AI995.flight will be non operational due to covid 19 pandemic.when I contacted with air line full refund of my tickets than they give me various other options like reschedule of my dates in near future but due to covid 19 it's not possible visit abroad. Sir I am a govt. Employee and I don't have my leaves after this period. And also don't have permission to travel abroad. Plz resolve the issue and help me for my refund. I had this booking from make my trip and they said it will resolve from airline and airline said it will resolve from travel agent. They both placing my issue on each other and do delay in my payment.plz do needful.
