KINDLY PASS ON THIS MAIL TO Ms. Vinath Hegde (Head CRM) AND OTHER HIGHER OFFICIALS..

Kindly let me have the Email address and Phone number of your Service Head, Karnataka, Service Head of All India from your Head office, and other Higher officials at the earliest..
This can help me to solve my problems..
Your customercare/business partner/ is not AT ALL HELPING..

IF YOU WISH, YOU CAN SEND AT THE EARLIEST..

Its more than 2 months of the Service Request and although the product is under AMC, there is no proper response from the Support Team and others.
