Complaint Details
I have booked a ticket and when I rescheduled the flight in ease my trip.it showed as an amount of 1758 rupees...which we paid online..later after 2 hours some one called and asking for 9000 rupees as date change ...I would like to know if some changes in the fare it should be showed online at the time of booking..pls check and revert ..our PNR is F39VKG.As customer care executive is not at all binding for the policies and asking money offline and we shown them the policies also and while doing online transction it showed date change charges as 1745 rs.As it's not reflected on that time..And customer guy didn't reaponding nor our date changed.As mistake is from their end.As we have asked them to do before 1 am..but the customer guy is not at responding nor he doing date change.So please resolve this issue
