Complaint Details
I purchased bed from HomeCentre.the product got delivered on 26th May 2019 and I sent an email regarding the issue on 23rd May 2020. It has not been a year and they have rejected saying warranty that it is valid from one year from bill date which was 12th May 2019. It should be from delivery and they should accept this. Bed plank wood tore off like wood. Poor quality but not accepting responsibility
