Dear sir, i have my account with yesbank. My name is mayurkumar bhakar & account no is 001161900009976......i had bought a laptop from flipkart on 6th march 2020 for rs 72990. Flipkart says it has refunded the money as the laptop had some issue on 25th MAY 2020. But till now i have not got the money, I even visited my yesbank branch 2-3 times , but i have not got any help. Bank says it has not got any money from flipkart . They have given this in writing. I have called flipkart customer care several times & also showed them the bank statement & also the email from the bank. But they are not helping me. I request you to help me urgently in this case. I am attaching the bank statement & the invoice of the laptop & also the communication from the flipkart.
