Consignment no. D57517002 courier with three packages sent from cuttack to mumbai on 25th may,2020.Delivery was made of single package on 30th may,2020. When claiming for other two packages dept saying already delivered.Now they have closed my complaint sent via email attaching a photo of me receiving one package.I too have proof of receiving one package, cctv footage in my office. Please do the needful.
