Complaint Details
I had got Tikona Installed in Oct 2019 and since then till this day I got very limited or no connectivity. Had raised it multiple times to vendor through their android app every other day and few mails too. Always heard the same answers - some issue going on in area, your connection is found to be fine etc. I had kept paying my bills, but can't see a point now.
Due to the COVID situation I have to work from home and this internet is pathetic. I'm paying for a 40 Mbps connection and still not even able to get 5 Mbps constant speed.
I need a full refund from the vendor since Oct 2019 to this date.
