Complaint Details
I had booked connection in late night on 14th March 2020. paid amount of
Rs.3741/-
Engineer Amol Gangawane told me that they will complete setup on next day.
There is no updates from engineer till 15th March End of the day.
Hence I had cancelled my connection by contacting customer care.
The executive Suraj had taken cancellation request reference number 1-
7841888387 and told that I will get refunds within 45 days.
Now its more than 45 days no updates from Tikona side. Contacted person who
helped for bookings Amol Gangawane not guided properly, also not responding on call/msg.
Tikona customer care numbers are unanswered & not reachable
Kindly help me for my money refunds on utmost priority.
