Dear Team, Undersigned had applied for Advanced Certification in Power Distribution And Management in the Jan 2019,this course is available for 2 years with a duration of 6 months. The last communication that i received was getting my ID card and after that no communication from IGNOU , no classes intimation ,no material intimation, material I had opted for soft copy and that is only thing available with me , now they want me to submit assignment , it is like i paid for self studying and nothing else. I dont know that whether my details are even available in register or not, I opted for this course for upgrading my knowledge and not just to study material that is already available free of charge , I want refund of my fees. IGNOU is not at all taking care of any student it has registered. I want refund of my fees, please help. My enrollment no. is 190342720
