Complaint Details
Myself Mahesh Datar from Panvel Navimumbai purchased eureka forbes Aquaguard in July 19 from aquaguard dealer As per commitment dealer should provide service for preventive maintenance.
But he had not provided from last 10 days i am following Mr sharad to provide service he was reluctant to attend call and provide service. Narrating excuses due to COVID visit missed But as per six month schedule he should visit in Jan or feb
So i registered complaint in online service support I found my no not registered in system . But online support also not received . so i cleaned filters myself but after restarted there is leakage from tubes So i tried to find dealer where i got cell no mentioned in receipt. I asked Mr sharad why he had not registered no proper answer with him
I am totally annoyed on product due simple thing made complicated like PVC tubes are like jungle and service also too poor Kindly blacklist mr Sharad 8879524598 As he not useful to give support My receipt attached
Expecting immediate action for customer support as its life saving equipment
