Complaint Details
I had ordered a mobile on 5th of march 2020. And they delayed delivery because of lockdown which was started on last week. And finally ecart attempted delivery on 1st june. which i was unable to receive and i had a word with the number received on message and got reply that thye are going to deliver on 2nd june. till 6th june i didint recevice any reply and started following up with flipkart and they promissed that i ma going get the product before 7 pm on 6th june. but i didnt receive any product and on 7th i had a word with customer care and thye told me that normally they dont attemp delivery second time. (this is not matching wiht the discussion with ekart guy. and the delivery date update by flipkart as 6th june) And i urgeed with customer care guy and told him that if flipkart is going to take the responsibility fpr the dalay i am ready to cancal the order. CC guy told me that he will check available options and later arrogantly saying that he cancelled the order which is happened on 7th june. And sending message that i am cancelled my order for which i was waiting for last 3 months.
This is very irresponsible and arrogant activity by flipkart that they keep my money for 3 months and tried to show me that i cancelled order for which i was waiting for last 3 months.
This is not at all acceptable these type of revengeful activity by flipkat by accessing customers profile., where we keep our confidential information like debit/credit card information.
are they going to pay interest on my money for last 3 months, are they going to compensate for the trouble they made me face (different rules from ekart and flipkart for the same process) and are they going to pay for the arrogance showed by cancelling my order becasue i continuously showed my strong dissatisfaction because I was waiting from last 3 months
if i compare at the same time i never faced any issue with amazon in this difficult time of covid 19. where the law to serve the customers is same for both the ecommerce.

Please justify my wait for the product and arrogance they showed by cancelling the product where i was asking for delivery continuously.
