My HDFC Life policy number 17555750 has been discontinued. Now, even after submitting all the required documents 4 times via email HDFC Life is not refunding the policy amount in my account. Every time after submitting the documents, I get the same mail in reply from them stating that the documents are missing or incomplete. I have replied to them everytime asking to clearly state what is missing in the documents but they didn't bother to clearly mention what is missing in the documents. Now after sending the completed documents 4 times and talking to customer care on phone regarding resolving the issue, I'm fed up. They sent me a mail that the documents are accepted and then suddenly after a day or two they sent a ma il that the documents are not proper without telling the exact problem with the documents. The customer care on phone and chat also are of no help. They told me not to go to the bank branch in these adverse times of Corona.I request you to kindly help me in rightfully getting my policy money back in my account. It is the same bank account from which the money was deducted for the policy installment then also they are not refunding the money back after trying since a month. I request you to help me in getting my money back.
