Complaint Details
I have made a payment for RS. 1162 on website of UPSRTC on 19.03.2020 for booking of two tickets from Delhi to Haldwani. However, the payment was made from my credit card but the ticket was not booked. Neither any transaction was showing as failed transaction on My booking tab of UPSRTC. I am attaching herewith the mail showing transaction of Rs. 1162 on UPSRTC website.



2.In this regard I have made a complaint to helpline of UPSRTC vide mail dated 01.04.2020 and 20.05.2020, 09.06.2020 (mail attached) but no response was received by me.
