Dear Team,
KINDLY PASS ON THIS MAIL TO Mr. Vinath Hegde (Head CRM) AND OTHER HIGHER OFFICIALS..
Kindly let me have the Email address and Phone number of your Service Head, Karnataka (Bangalore), Service Head of All India from your Head office, and other Higher officials at the earliest.
As, since more than 2 months we are following with your customer care and they are taking complain but not able to fix the issue, However, they have sent twice service person and some changes they have made in the water filter machine , but still we are facing water leakage and some weird noises from machine.
Hence, Request you to exchange the water filter.
Your customer care is not AT ALL HELPING and they cut the call in between conversation instead of fixing the issue.
