Dear Sir
I have a flat No. M1 F013 in Express Green. I got possession after a long wait even after depositing all the amount, I think as I registered in 2008.
I was thinking that after my retirement I will enjoy my stay in the DLF property at Maneser.
Now I am getting e.mail regarding the maintenance charges starting from Nov.,2019. Which is very shocking and surprising. I was waiting for some compensation for the Delay.
I want to bring to your kind notice following facts:
1. In this situation of Corona the society is facing a very difficult and critical time. Every one is giving some rebate on rent and other liabilities. DLF being a globally know company must think about this for the valuable residents.
2. It is very socking that in F block a crack has appeared after the recent earth quick and no one taking it seriously which can be dangerous for the residents. Company is only asking for maintenance times and again.
3. There is still litigation and case is pending with Hon'ble Supreme court.
Moreover these points must be taken in to consideration:
1. The Green Express is still not properly linked to road and no facilities available for living there. In all the towers some work is going on and labours working which cause disturbance.
2. There is no facilities of club and properly maintained play grounds for the residents.
3. Even the owner of many flats not have taken possession and registration process is pending.
4. Even in every tower the common area like shafts, lobbies, stairs in very bad condition and require finishing for decent living.
5. Lift condition also required to be improved.
6. Very surprising is the Light system and boundary wall for safety not in place and required immediate action to make the area safe for living. otherwise anything can happen.
7.Even the Sewage system not properly working specifically between the M1 and M2 towers.Which can cause health hazard for the resident.
These are some of the conditions due to which we are not preferring to move to the flat and to charge maintenance at this stage atleast is not justified.
May I request you to please look in to the matter and defer the levy of maintenance charges till the condominium is suitable for safe and decent living for the residents.
I hope you will take care of all these points and do the needful soon.
