Rs. 2807 debited from my bank account inspite of failed transaction. Upon complaining, BHIM says that the amount is credited to beneficiary account but I have proof that the transaction was a "failure". I cannot "reconfirm with the beneficiary merchant" because I don't have a transaction id for a successful transaction.
