a damaged bearphones was claimed for replacement,and after sometime replacement was created with ticket no.312279 and shipped. i relocated due to COVID-19 situation, and have been trying to get the product to my address. but the company is not responding. even though all the services are in operation, the company is sending the same copy-paste reply for every mail. it's been almost 20 days, since the operations started and i requested them for shipping to new address, but no response. i am unable to perform my work, owing to the continuous con-calls and meetings i have. this is creating a huge problem to my work, please take appropriate action
