2 months back we visited Varis International based in Jaipur & meet Mr Rajendra K Sharma he shown us some good samples we were very happy to see the quality of samples ( today we realised that those samples were of original brand) . After some day we have placed a sample order of Jean's and T Shirts of 75 pcs, value of Rs 33, 680/- the items were selected from his product library in Google drive we got ensured by him that he will send the best quality samples from their Bangalore manufacturing unit. On 17 th June ,2020 we have received all the items.
When we unpacked the sample of Jean's and T Shirts . We got shocked all the items were diffrent and low quality items totally diffrent what we did ordered. These all stuffs were used products and were washed again and dispatched to us. All were defective products. We informed Mr. Rajendra about this issue, first he denied that how it is possible. we sent a mail & whatsapp all the pictures of defective and used products. After that he told us that what was available in factory at that time he sent all best items to us. We told that we are sending back these items to him & please refund our payment asap.after that he told us that he can't refund the amount but he will replace some stuffs only. We told him that we didn't need any replacement we only need our money back. He broke our trust before starting the business. He dont have any business ethics. He also made a wrong amount bill & when I told that the diffrence is more then 800/- (actual payment vs bill) he told us yee tu chalta hai Sir. Now he is not picking the phone and not responding us on mail. He is a fraud / cheater person. His wife Mrs. Geeta Sharma is also a pattern in his business.We are going to file FIR against him as a cheater and also file a civil case agaisnt him and his firm Varis International. He is a trader and doing this kind of activities regularly .I saw some complaints against him at online legal consumer portal. We will file a strong legal case against him. Those who are dealing with him please don't fall into his trap he is a cheater and fraud person. He is not a manufacture actually he is fraud trader and dealing in second hand garment business and making fool to retailers and wholesalers. Please beware of him.
