Complaint Details
I had paid Rs1,06,198/- as reflected in the post paid app of airtel of a bill of Rs 1300/- .Refund pending since 3 june .Wrote to nodal officer and APPELLATTEE authority of Airtel no response . I also tweeted on thir media paage and got an assurance that the same will creditided back in 5-7 working days on 12 june nothing has materilised . I only get assurances. The e-mail address of the Appellate Authority and Nodal officer as given on their website shows delivery failed .I had also forwarded a copy of my cancelled cheque ,copy of cheque and account statement as asked by their team but the excess amount is yet to be credited
