Dear Sir / Madam,
Hope you are all doing well and good..
It is both an honour and privilege for me to address this mail to you and am wriiting this mail with a lot of hopes. For the last more than a week , i was going through a lot of mental pressure and disappointments while dealing with the Honda team . Am an owner of New Honda Amaze 1.2 SMT (I-VETC) ( Chassis No. MAKDF55EF4104700, Engine No.L12B47011570) .. since there's no proper support and action from local Honda Staffs , Now am approaching you for a solution ( I don't have any alternate solution).

Car having pick up/acceleration issue and loses all power when the road is steep, especially when we try to accelerate on a steep road after braking. It loses its power to an extent that sometimes it stops.. totally a painful experience . sometimes it's really frustrating . while taking the reverse on a steep porch for the parking , its vibrates a lot . Working like an Auto, engine also getting off..
Already escalated problem to Honda mentioning the safety aspects of passengers while they travel in High Range or steep roads.. vehicle will loose the control, Engine also will get shut down.. Video also shared to all of them while taking this test checkup with their own local service provider .
Honda direct person is not even showing the courtesy to have a direct call or for sharing his contact details . Many times , i was waiting in showroom for connecting Honda direct representive.. Even after lot of mails and calls, still there s no action or proper feedback till today . Even they had not shown any courtesy to give a call back from any senior level apart from their regular call centre.
Local concern dealer Vision Honda has told me that they cant do anything on this problem .. since it need to be handled by Honda directly .
At last i really shocked to hear Honda company's final comment that if same problem is happening with their test drive car of same series, they cant do anything on my complaint.. because its a common problem..Honda representive is commenting that its not the vehicle problem , but its happening with all series of that cars . really sorry to understand that still they are not serious about this problem and its after effects ... its happening with most of their same series cars..
We middle class is still keeping a trust and confidence on Brand Like Honda , most of us are buying cars by taking loan and additional burdens. Every Month , we are paying a good amount of EMI to bank for this car loan that taken with a lot of dreams and hopes. so we need to get basic Quality & performance . .Just think this situation from customer angle , After spending a good amount of money , still driving a car that having pick up problem and not up to quality standard .
Really shocked and surprised to see that such things are happening with a famous brand like HONDA ... all the comments related to this problems that is posted by other customers are removed from Honda web page within a fraction of seconds ..
again it's not about the problems , it's all about the solution for the problem form Honda .. Now for me that's the only question mark.. Concern team from Honda is simply washing off the hand saying that its a common in all series of that cars .. Even a senior person call from Honda to a customer can make a lot of differences , atleast customer can feel a care and think that Honda is giving importance to their feelings .
When customer is escalating a serious compliant that s related with vehicle performance and safety , simply getting an answer from their team that " Just have test drive again on same series of car , if that car also showing the same complaint , its a common with all series of these car, such a case we cant do anything ".. Seriously its not the professional way to handle such problems . when my vehicle is showing a complaint , whats the need of checking same other series of vehicles... problems remains the same .. even though if its common.
When such problem is happening while travelling with our family and little kids in High range or Long steep roads, if something happens , cant even imagine that .. Honda is not even bothered about that even after many request over phone , mails and other reminders.Kindly help us out... we need your support , already filed complaint online through National Consumer Helpline ( u1593100916927).. since nobody is questioning , concern team from Honda is taking everything on granted and not even caring about such serious complaints from customers side .
My only purpose of sending this mail is , Like us , they should not cheat other customers in future. Need your help to take necessary action against them.
