Complaint Details
Bills are getting generated incorrectly, please urgently look into it and hope to get them adjusted in coming months:
1. Consumption for Apr and May are showing same as 64 then why are the bill amts 900 & 490?
2. If consumption of 75 units costs 540 in Mar, then how can a consumption of 64 units cost 900 in Apr?
3. No one can use 5 to 6 times more than the usual consumption, so on what basis consumption of 320 is mentioned for June?
4. If you refer the last 12 months consumption and check the consumption till date in their backend tools, you cannot find it getting to even 100 on any month, so how can they assure that the consumption of 320 for June is correct?
