Dear Sir/Madam,
It has come to our notice today that while i was filing an online/mobile app complaint pertaining for receiving of very very high electricity bill for consumer number 000028214642, sub division 4728, the bill is nothing less than a shock to us which amounts to Rs 51,470/- and seems to be an error at your end, made
intentionally, we have been paying an average bill of less than twelve thousand rupees past several months and seeing the latest bill 5 times more than the usual is a horror for us. Further, the irony we faced while filing this high bill complaint online, we could see an existing complaint for LOW BILL!! already filed 13 days ago and obviously not filed by us. So the question is who’s filing a low bill complaint on our behalf and is someone at the MSEDCL office playing this mischief, we request you to look into this issue at the earliest for fraudulent activities being carried out at the behest of our account. A complaint for low bill already filed before we get the new bill and finally when the current bill comes, it’s 5 times more than the usual, this clearly shows what is happening here, we request you to resolve this issue at the earliest. I am enclosing previous bill details/history and also the snapshot of the fake complaint of low bill filed on our behalf using our MSEDCL account. Thank you.
