Complaint Details
I am trying to contact the customer care but nobody receives the call or it’s directly cut. I am more than tortured by the customer care executives because 4-5 months ago, there was just a one day delay in payment for which I was charged INR 50 as late fees which I disagreed to pay. I had a word with the customer care & they assured me that it would be waived off. Now, again the same issue has come up & that INR 50 has cumulated & put up as INR 250 in my bill for no reason. I am already paying such a huge amount for years as a loyal customer, & for one day delay I was charged which was to be waived off but hasn’t been the case, after which my outgoing has been restricted. And after raising a complaint I was assured by the executive Ms. Sneha that within 48 hours I will get an immediate call back from back end for a resolution. Now no call has been received past 4 days and these guys have the audacity to block my incoming & make my sim inactive. I have paid my monthly rental till date. Issue is of late payment only. What kind of a behaviour is this?
Would I run away if I paid the bill just a day late? Is this their loyalty towards old valuable customers? I know so many people switching from Vodafone because of the abrupt charges being levied. I still didn’t port my number despite being tortured innumerable times.

Cannot call back nor revert on emails & resolve matters inspite of paying my rental charges they have the guts to block my incoming as well as outgoing. Am I an idiot here to pay for this shitty service?
The disturbing services by executives and false charges levied are for no reason. I haven’t used their services for 15-20 days so why should I pay and for this shit!?

All I request is to waive off the remainder & I am ready to pay only INR 50 which was also supposed to be waived off.
All I expect is pick up the call or call back. This is the most disturbing service ever.
