Complaint Details
While the whole world is following social distancing to avoid being infected by COVID-19, I fail to understand how can an established brand like Amazon India could take things so lightly during this horrifying pandemic.
I placed an order on 24th June 2020 for the Boult Airbass live buds and they were delivered on 28th June 2020 however the package was compromised as it was not sealed and there were finger-prints on the entire package including the user manual, earbud case, and the box.
Yes, riders are now checking on your stuff with their unsensitized bare hands, which can contribute to spreading this virus around. Not expected this from Amazon, got some pics for your reference..
So I decided to return and get a replacement on 28th June 2020 and I was informed by the customer service team that I would get a hand to hand replacement in 2 days however it took a week and finally when it arrived the rider canceled my delivery due to some technical issue that he was facing and wasn’t able to scan the bar-code.
Wasted 1 hour speaking to the customer service team today and they didn’t take any ownership and said that they cannot do anything and I should consider taking a refund !!!
Felt completely helpless !!! Horrible experience !!!
