Complaint Details
I have purchased a AquaCare water purifier. Post which I also purchase the AMC and the Customer code is 337860. This was purchased on 29th April 2020.
I had issues with the water purifier and water was not getting filtered, so had asked the techinician to come home.
He came home and dismantled the water purifier and left the place without doing anything and said he would come the next day with the parts.
Its been a week now and so many calls and complaints to the customer care, I'm not getting any response.
I keep calling the technician and the customer care. The technician who used the number while coming to service he said its a wrong number and disconnect the call. I'm kind off lost.
I have small kids and is very difficult to get the water while I'm onto work as my wife have to take care of the kids and is very difficult to get the drinking water. My wife has to take care of the kids so she has not stepped out of house since the COVID-19 situation.

I'm registering a complaint to get help.
