Complaint Details
I purchased a ZMM integration tool (used for creating online store) from Zepo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. by paying an amount of 50000/- rupees through Zepo.in, in the month of September, 2019. After a few days only, I got dissatisfied with the product because the performance was not as promised or it maybe a faulty product. I addressed my complaint to Zepo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. by sending mails and contacting them through phone but I never received a positive reply. I even sent a mail and posted on their social media account. I even tried to contact Mr. Nitin Purswani (founder of Zepo Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) but he also never replied. In the end, I asked them for a 100% refund for the product but they have never replied. Now, I would like to raise a consumer complaint against Zepo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for not refunding me the money paid.
