I purchased my tv on date dec 2018 from VIJAY sales borivali w also purslchased extend warranty after one year I raised complaint panel regarding issue 20 march 2019 they change panel and I recived repaired tv on date13 April 2019. After few months later same problem has been occure I raised the complaint on 2 dec 2019
After more than 30 day I have recieved my repaired tv on date 8 jan 2020. Again 2 month later same issue has been occurred I gave complaint on date 2march 2020 this time I taked personally follow up with Sony authorized service center and on site go team. Television is ready on date 16 of march 2020 means before lockdown when the service center and on site go office start on date 8 june I taked so much follow up from them but they wasted my time I always beg them to send the tv asap they always giving me fake date. Last Wednesday they call me and told me that u will get your tv on monday 6th july 2020 still I did not recieved yet. I am really frustrated with this company my extended warranty will be expired on dec 2020 I fight with them also to extend my warranty because they tooked my tv more than 4 month but they denied for that. Whenever they tooked my tv they always taked more than 1 month for repaired. But this time already tv repaired from service center on date 16 March it's totally on sit go mistake that why I did not recived my tv yet. Right now dinesh acharya floor manager taking follow up and giving FAKE commitment. Kindly help me
