As I have mentioned above I purchased a second hand two wheeler scooter on 25th March 2019, it's been almost 1.5 years now I have not received a single document of the vehicle, the only thing I have is a bill from the delaership, after some research I got to know that the vehicle is under hypothecation and the salesman who sold me the vehicle has left the job and now the company as well as the delaership is telling that they will help me but no one is replying my calls or mails they, when I visit the dealership they abuse and don't respond, I have already put in a complaint in the nearest police station but no one is doing anything, I went to the consumer court as well but no response from their as well, As a regular tax payer do I just receive this in return?, Please help me .
