Complaint Details
1) This is with reference to refund for our cancelled booking. I have booked a private room at Oyolifekol1475. My booking ID is 117902.

2) Due to Kolkata government decision all flights have been cancelled from Delhi till July 19 due to Covid 19 and moreover the government has today announced complete lockdown of Kolkatta.


3) Unfortunately, because of these unforeseen events we would not be able to come to Kolkata and check in oyo facility on 10th July.

4) This situation is not in our control and therefore we request Oyo life to cancel our booking and refund us the amount

5) We have written 5 emails and called them atleast 20 times with no avail. Now we are getting worried as our hard earned money has been blocked by Oyo rooms . Thus is unethical.
