Hi, I have purchased Annual Maintenance plan for Eureka Forbes. Customer ID is 1010836154. We have a problem tha t water not coming and raised request on June 2nd. After multiple follow ups they sent one person who could not fix the problem. Complainted again and they send another candidate and he did not fix the problem as well. Since then I am sending emails to deepa.customercare@eurekaforbes.com seeking help, talked in person and no response and no one coming also to help. This not working out as I am spening ~100rupees to buy filter water everyday. Please help.
