The below issue is pending with Airtel for a long time. My issue is, I have made the following amounts through Airtel website and not reflecting in my transaction history. Due to this i am getting outstanding calls as well as frequent disconnection from the vendor though i have paid extra from my side. i am very fed up with the vendor and no response from them after escalated to their Nodal officer and the Appellate. Below are my payment details against my DSL Number: 044100770866_tn 17th June 2020 - Rs.1250/- and Transaction reference ID: 200617222396 27th June 2020 - Rs.1236/- and Transaction reference ID: 200627768799 I have also raised the below requests and the same were closed without any solution been given. 119847722 raised on 19th July'20 119630250 raised on 12th July'20 119415536 raised on 07th July'20 I am getting frequent disconnection from the vendor without updating my above transactions against my account. I have escalated to Airtel Nodal officers Mamata and the Syed Ali and Appellate officer but no response yet.
