Developer mail Dated 3/3/18 – for registration work, replied same day on /3/3/2018 about not continuing in deal, and demanded repayment of paid amount Rs.333000/- to me .
Due to dispute in rate finalization builder buyer agreement , documentation not executed and cancellation of booking done and intimated by email Dated 3/3/18 and thereafter 16 e-mail for Dated 3/3/18-1/12/18-21/10/18-26/8/18-12/8/18-17/8/18-30/7/18-1/7/19-6/7/19-16/9/19-22/9/19-25/2/20/28/2/20/29/5/20. Repayment of amount paid Rs.333000/-
. That the complainants had waited for 24 months to receive refund of the application money of Rs. _3.33000/- along with interest for the default period. But the opposite party had not refunded the amount as per their promise till June 2020.
