Complaint Details
I have purchased few apparels from the above mentione "KOOVS.COM" an online shopping website, wherein earlier we could return the apparel within the prescribed time. However they have changed their return policy overnight and also not specified and while making the purchase we are not given any notification regarding the change in return policy. Now that i want to return few apparel the same is been denied by koovs.
There reason for denial is highly unjust as all other websites are accepting returns and there is no such advise given by Government to stop accepting returns during this pandemic COVid-19.
Just an excuse by the koovs.
Kindky help me in making my return of apparel.
