Complaint Details
I have Paid Rs.2,30,279/- on 19th March'2020 applying for Below Policy of Rs.1 Crore Term Insurance & Rs.20 lakhs Critical Illness Rider. due to Covid 19 Lock down from 22nd March,
they have not completed the required medical Tests in time. on 23rd June only, they completed all the medical tests & informed me on 30.06.2020 that the Policy sum was reduced to Rs.50 lakh with Critical
Illness Rider of Rs. 20 Lakhs. I agree with the same, as per their norms.

But if you see the below details, they have charged the Premiums as per revised New rates of Term policy from 01st April'20. Due to this, for 5 years Payment term, with out my mistake, i am loosing
Rs.87,000/- approximately.

Hence, I request you to instruct HDFC LIFE to issue the Below Policy with rates existing before 31st March & also considering my age as on 19.03.2020 on which date I have Paid the Premium.
as I have to confirm to them with in 30 days accepting their new Terms, after Your Instructions, I will submit my confirmation.
