I have purchased 13 qty of primeplus cummod recently in that 1 piece air pullout option is not working and raised the complaint in parryware portal. The have send one inefficient boy who don't understand the problem. Without touching the cummod of prime plus he is saying with your plumber u have to check. So i called my plumber he checked once again and said their is a problem in the set. So again I raised complaint so again they have sent the same person. This time he is saying he will have to check and he will charge 1000rs. I said its brand new and their is a warranty for this. He says even if warranty u have to pay
then y parry ware is saying warranty and other things and selling products.
I request to kindly solve the problem immediately other wise I will ho further on this issue and complain in consumer forum I don't want others to face this issue
Such a poor service and giving it to third party companies and leaving customers in air
